If meeting is scheduled, please click on your meeting and select join.

Sharing can be done by joining the meeting from your laptop and sharing.

Using a wireless usb dongle (works on windows, MAC and IOS devices)
Dongle will automatically connect when plugged in
To stop sharing press button on unplug dongle
HDMI cable also located at lectern for sharing
Camera controls
Camera controls can be accessed on the tablet controller located on the lectern. Click on camera bubble.

There are two cameras. 1 for presenter and 1 for audience (each camera has presets for default views) Click on camera bubble.

Presenter tracking can be turned on for presenter view only. This allows the presenter the freedom to walk back and forth.
Tracking only works on presenter camera.
To allow tracking the presenter faces the camera and raises their hand palm out about head level. To stop tracking hold hand palm out head level again and make a fist.
