If you're having trouble connecting to the NVDonor (or any) Wi-Fi network, follow these steps:

  1. Forget the Network: Select the Wi-Fi network, right-click, and choose "Forget".
  2. Reconnect: When reconnecting, try checking "Use my Windows user account". If it's already checked, uncheck it and manually enter your credentials.
  3. Connect Automatically: Try checking or unchecking "Connect Automatically".
  4. Reboot: Restart your computer.
  5. Update: Ensure all Windows updates are installed.

If it's an emergency, you can connect to the NDNGuest network as a workaround. Note that you will not have access to network resources (\\ndnxchange) when connected to NDNGuest. If you're still experiencing issues, please contact NDN IT support for assistance.
