If you open up a session in Cerner/Citrix and are unable to click into the tab to access your EMR, it typically means Citrix is stuck on a separate "monitor" that is not actually connected to your computer.
1. Hover over the tab on the bottom of your screen.
2. Click the small window that appears directly above it that is showing as blank, right click on it, click restore, right click again and click move. Immediately hold your left click down and drag it around until it is displayed on your monitor.
