The Chat option allows you to communicate through text with other members of the meeting.
The People option allows you to view participants of a meeting. You can also invite other members to the meeting.
The View feature allows you to customize how you see participants and shared content. You can switch between different views like Gallery, Speaker, and Together mode to optimize your meeting.
The More option provides access to additional features like live captions, background effects, and meeting recordings. It also includes options for managing meeting settings.
The Mic and Camera settings allow you to select, test, and adjust your microphone and camera for optimal audio and video quality. You can also control when to mute/unmute your mic and turn your camera on/off during the meeting.
The Share option allows you to share either your entire screen, or individual windows. Sharing an individual window can be useful if sharing something that contains sensitive information. Towards the bottom of the share page you can also select files directly from your OneDrive or local computer to display.
