If you are experiencing any problems connecting to the HCA VM using Citrix Workspace, an alternative method has been provided by HCA support using VMWare. Here are the instructions:
- Put this link into your web browser: https://remote.vdi.medcity.net
- Select either Native Client or HTML Access (either one should work). It will then prompt you to put in your login credentials.
NOTE 1: If this does not work in the Google Chrome web browser, try Microsoft Edge.
NOTE 2: If you are needing to print, the Native client would need to be used rather than the HTML web based client.
- From there the steps are similar to connecting via Citrix.
