If you are experiencing any problems connecting to the HCA VM using Citrix Workspace, an alternative method has been provided by HCA support using VMWare. Here are the instructions:

  1. Put this link into your web browser: https://remote.vdi.medcity.net
     
  2. Select either Native Client or HTML Access (either one should work). It will then prompt you to put in your login credentials.

    NOTE 1: If this does not work in the Google Chrome web browser, try Microsoft Edge.

    NOTE 2: If you are needing to print, the Native client would need to be used rather than the HTML web based client.
     
  3. From there the steps are similar to connecting via Citrix.
