As of Tuesday, 2022-11-29, a change was made to the way employees must authenticate to the on-site wireless connection. The network name has not changed and is still NVDonor, but here are some steps to help with the process if you're having trouble getting online. Please note: Personal devices should be connected to the guest wifi network. 


Click the wifi signal or globe icon in the bottom-right corner of your taskbar.


Scroll down the list until you find NVDonor, then right-click on the connection and select Forget.


Now locate the NVDonor network in the list again and click Connect (feel free to check the box for connecting automatically in the future).


 

The next prompt will ask you to enter a username and password. The easiest way is to check the box for "Use my Windows user account" which should autofill your credentials. If not, login by typing NEVADADONOR\yourusername and your Windows logon password.

 

You will see a final confirmation prompt asking if you're sure you want to connect. Click Connect here, and you should be connected now.
