1. Go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/passwordreset#!/ (alternatively, you can go to Fresh at servicedesk.nvdonor.org and click the "Reset Password" button)
2. Enter your username/email address in the following format:
Enter your email address Example: [email protected]
3. Click Next.
4. Select the checkbox that states ”I forgot my password” and click Next.
5. Choose your preferred communication method so a code can be sent for identity verification (Text or Call).
6. Retrieve the verification code and enter this into the text box on screen.
7. Create a new password.
8. Your password has been reset!
