1. Go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/passwordreset#!/ (alternatively, you can go to Fresh at servicedesk.nvdonor.org and click the "Reset Password" button)
2. Enter your username in the following formats:
Enter your email address Example: JS[email protected]
3. Click Next;
4. Select the checkbox that states I know my password but still can't sign in and click Next;
5. Choose your preferred communication method so a code can be sent for identity verification (Text or Call);
6. Retrieve the verification code and enter this into the text box on screen.
7. Your account is now unlocked.
