Mapping SharePoint Libraries to your PC

 

  1. Open the SharePoint site you want to map.




  2. Select Documents from the list on the left side of the screen.


  3. Click the button on the top ribbon that says “Sync”.



  4. If prompted to open with OneDrive, select Open with Microsoft OneDrive.




  5. If prompted to sign in with OneDrive, Click the button to Sign in.

  6. When prompted with the password screen, enter your password and click the button to Sign in. 

  7. You will then see a screen to direct your folder to a location. Leave it as the default and press Next.

  8. Press Later on the screen to get the mobile app.

  9. Congratulations, your OneDrive is setup.




  10. To locate your OneDrive Directory, open the File Explorer, your Library will be in the left column of the window, Labeled Nevada Donor Network.

 

Please note: While you will be able to see everything immediately, it will take time for the files to sync. The time it takes is dependent on how large the SharePoint Library is.
