To schedule a meeting, create a meeting in Teams and add ‘Riviera DTEN’ as a participant. The meeting should show up on the main screen and you can click the ‘Join’ button to join the meeting.
You can also start an ad-hoc meeting by clicking the ‘Meet now’ button. You will then be prompted to invite other participants.
You can also start whiteboard session by clicking the ‘Whiteboard’ button. You can use your mouse or a stylus to draw on the screen as if it were a whiteboard. To add virtual participants, you can click the ‘Start meeting’ button which will start an ad-hoc meeting as described above, but with a virtual whiteboard session.
You can also share content by joining the meeting from your laptop and clicking the ‘Share’ button. You will then be prompted to choose which content you want to share.
