• I'm using the "New Outlook," but the old/classic view should work similar enough. First, go to your calendar, then click Add Calendar on the left side (very bottom of this screenshot).


  • From there, choose Add from directory and then click your email address in the drop down. Type in the name of a meeting room and select the associated email address. In this case, Riviera. Click Add.


  • Bam! Now you've got the Riviera, or some other calendar, displaying alongside your personal calendar.
