I'm using the "New Outlook," but the old/classic view should work similar enough. First, go to your calendar, then
click Add Calendar on the left side (very bottom of this
screenshot).

From there, choose Add from directory and
then click your email address in the drop down. Type in the name of a meeting
room and select the associated email address. In this case, Riviera.
Click Add.

Bam! Now you've got the Riviera, or some other calendar, displaying alongside your personal calendar.
