In order to set up and use Dynamics GP, you will need to either be physically on the network or connected via VPN.
Dynamics GP is hosted on a server that we have on our network. Connecting to it and running the software is done through an RDP link. To get this link, open your file browser and navigate to G:\IT\DynamicsGP. There should be a link named 'DynamicsGP.rdp'. Copy this link to your desktop.
When opening the link for the first time, you may get a prompt with a yellow bar stating, "The publisher of this RemoteApp program can't be identified. Do you want to connect to run the program anyway?" Check the box to not ask you again and click connect.
You may then be prompted to login using your Windows credentials. This will be the same password you use to login to your computer.
You should now be in Dynamics GP and prompted to login with your Dynamics GP credentials.
